I ordered a part from Fuel Moto USA and, the quality just wasn’t there for me. Disappointing. The fitment felt a little off, and the finish looked cheaper than I expected for the price. I ended up having to mess with it way more than I should have. Frustrating. Overall, I’m not too happy with it and probably wouldn’t buy from them again

I had to return a part and asked them about the warranty at the same time. They did get back to me and everything was handled in the end, but it definitely took a few more emails than I thought it would. The refund came through eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly effortless. I’d probably order again if I needed to, but I’d hang onto every email and receipt, if you know what I mean

I ran into a little bit of trouble while installing my tuner and wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right. I emailed Fuel Moto USA and they got back to me quick, with simple steps that actually made sense, which helped a lot.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer from the start. But the support was good, really good, and they got me through it without making it complicated...

I saw a few other people mention their orders arrived correctly, so I figured I’d give it a try. Mine showed up with exactly what I ordered and everything was fine. No issues on my end...

I don’t know, maybe I was missing something or caught them at a bad time, but the customer service really put me off. The replies felt kind of rude, and I didn’t feel like they were actually trying to help.

I tried shopping on fuelmotousa.com and got annoyed quickly. It was just slow, the menus felt kind of all over the place, and finding the right parts took way more clicking around than it should have. The search didn’t really help either. By the time I got to checkout, it felt clunky enough that I just gave up. The products might be good, but it definitely needs some work

Fuel Moto USA seemed like they really knew what they were talking about when I reached out about a tune for my bike. They actually explained what would work and what wouldn’t instead of just trying to sell me a bunch of random parts, which I appreciated.

After I paid though, I’ll admit I started feeling a little uneasy because shipping took longer than I expected and the waiting made me question things a bit. In the end everything was fine, and their tech support was solid, but that gap after payment definitely had me a little distrustful for a while

I don’t know, something about it just didn’t feel worth the price. The item itself was fine, but once shipping and everything was added, it felt steep for what I got. I’d probably shop around a bit more before buying from here again.

Like I said, the tune just doesn’t feel quite right to me. The throttle response still feels off, like I said, and it’s not as smooth as I was hoping.
